What does Specialty Coffee means?
The SCAA defines specialty coffee in its green stage as coffee that is free of primary defects, has no quakers, is properly sized and dried. Also presents in the cup free of faults and taints and has distinctive attributes. The coffee must be able to pass aspect grading and cupping tests.
Specialty Coffee is any coffee that receives above 80 points up to 100 points in the cupping test.
Our Coffee comes from Fazenda Santa Helena, where it is grown on the Southern mountains of the state of Minas Gerais in Brazil, at an altitude of 1200 meters.
It is certified Organic by AAO ( Association of Organic Agriculture) USDA international, Fairtrade and Bio Inspecta in Switzerland

Roasting: Slow artisan roast by hand in a wood roaster on the Swiss Mountains.
It is ground by hand, respecting ancient traditions.
It does not go through any chemical, mechanical or blending process. Consequently no harm to your health.

What is the meaning of espresso coffee?
Espresso is an Italian style of coffee that’s brewing by forcing hot water (about 90 c) under pressure through darkly roasted, finely ground coffee beans.
When you add steam milk to espresso you get a cappuccino.
